Full-Time; M-F 8 AM to 5 PM (additional hours as needed)

Starting Salary is **$30,000

**dependent upon previous related experience

In this position, you will oversee the daily operation of InterAct’s office support functions and other processes related to supporting program services and office / equipment needs.

  • Provide and ensure Office Support Staff (OSS) provide quality customer service

  • Direct supervision of Office Support Staff (OSS)

  • Ensure completion of work related to daily operations of agency

  • Assist Operations Director in managing building service, supplies and maintenance
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor


Minimum Requirements:  

    • High School diploma or equivalent required; some college-level business courses preferred.
    • Previous supervisory experience required.
    • Proven skills in varied office processes required.
    • Proficient in computer and data base use; preferred experience with electronic health record preferred.
    • Exceptional organizational, analytical and business communication skills required.
    • Ability to remain clearly focused while operating in a busy office environment is essential.
    • Ability to work evenings until 8:00 p.m., when necessary.
