Navigate & Outpatient Therapist - Kent

  1. Provide effective, integrated recovery services for Navigate participants and/or their families using engagement strategies including outreach.  Assess mental health and substance use of persons served during regular contacts and make stage specific treatment recommendations to assist with meeting their goals.
  1. Assist program participants with problem-solving and coordination of services across multiple levels of need (medical care, housing, transportation, criminal justice issues). 
  2. Provide individual therapy services that follow the Navigate manuals and other skills-based cognitive behavioral approaches.  Support the family education component of Navigate.
  3. Coordinate person-centered planning process with assigned individuals and complete annual psychosocial assessments and other required documents according to Agency standards.
  4. Ensure the safety of persons served and personal safety through compliance with the agency’s safety and training plans.
  5. Ability to provide individual and family counseling.

Minimum Requirements:    Master’s level and minimum one year direct‑service experience serving individuals that have experienced psychosis.  Some experience with the 15-30- year-old population helpful.  Must be fully licensed to practice/certified for third‑party reimbursement (LMSW) OR be fully-licensed within three (3) months of beginning the position.
